Current evaluations by the Federal Institute for Research on Building, Urban Affairs and Spatial Development (BBSR) as well as research by Norddeutscher Rundfunk (NDR) and Grafschafter Nachrichten show: Rents here are rising faster than in many other parts of Lower Saxony - and are now well above the state average.
