I was born and raised in the beautiful city of Nordhorn. I developed a strong interest in business and real estate early on, which ultimately laid the foundation for my professional career.

After successfully completing my Abitur at the commercial vocational school in Nordhorn, I completed an apprenticeship as a bank clerk (IHK). This gave me a deep insight into the world of finance and strengthened my understanding of economic relationships. But even during my training, I realized that my true interest lay in the real estate market.
Determined to turn my passion into a career, I then completed training as a real estate agent (IHK). During this intensive period, I acquired extensive specialist knowledge about the real estate market, legal aspects and sales strategies.

In addition to my professional activities, sport is an important part of my life. I am an active member of a sports club and am passionate about it. Thanks to my long-standing roots in Nordhorn, I have built up an extensive network and know the city and its people very well.

I have been part of the Von Poll Immobilien team since 2019. Here I have the opportunity to further develop my expertise and passion for the real estate market and offer my clients a first-class service.

Mein Name ist Johannes Pauling, ich bin vom Jahrgang 1998 und lebe in Nordhorn. Aufgewachsen bin ich in Bad Bentheim, bevor ich 2017 gemeinsam mit meiner Familie nach Nordhorn gezogen bin. Diese Entscheidung war für uns alle ein großer Schritt, über den ich bis heute sehr glücklich bin. Familie bedeutet mir viel; Zusammenhalt, gegenseitige Unterstützung und Vertrauen sind Werte, die mich seit meiner Kindheit prägen.

Einen Einblick in die Immobilienbranche erhielt ich durch den Aufbau einer Geschäftsstelle für VON POLL IMMOBILIEN Grafschaft Bentheim durch meinen Vater. Schon damals hat mich die Vermittlung von Immobilien begeistert, besonders die Möglichkeit, Menschen beim Kauf oder Verkauf ihres Hauses zu begleiten und sie auf einem wichtigen Lebensabschnitt zu begleiten.

Nach meinem Fachabitur im Bereich Gesundheit und Soziales zog ich nach Leer (Ostfriesland), um eine dreijährige Ausbildung zum Kaufmann im Gesundheitswesen im Borromäushospital zu absolvieren. Anschließend war ich ein halbes Jahr im Controlling tätig, bevor ich nach Nordhorn zurückkehrte, um am Campus Lingen mein Studium in Betriebswirtschaft und Management zu beginnen.

Während meines Studiums wuchs meine Begeisterung für Immobilien weiter. Ich gründete die ImmobilienService-NordWest GmbH, durch die ich wertvolle Einblicke in den Hausbau, Umbauten und die Verantwortung als Eigenheimbesitzer gewinnen konnte, ebenso wie in die Herausforderungen, die damit verbunden sind.

Heute begeistert mich besonders der persönliche Kontakt zu Menschen und die vielen individuellen Geschichten, die ich kennenlernen darf. Es bereitet mir große Freude, meine Kundinnen und Kunden auf dem Weg zu ihrem neuen Zuhause zu begleiten und sie mit Kompetenz und Herz zu beraten.

Nordhorn ist für mich ein besonderer Ort, freundlich, grün und lebendig. Ich habe hier viele Freundschaften geschlossen und fühle mich hier zuhause. Mit Begeisterung und Engagement möchte ich dazu beitragen, dass Menschen in der Grafschaft Bentheim ihr passendes Zuhause finden.

My life path led me to the beautiful county, right on the Dutch border, about 5 years ago.

After completing my studies in Flensburg and Madrid, I was able to support internationally operating companies in the brokerage process for office and commercial space in European metropolitan areas.

In the B2B sector, it's all about numbers, data, contract negotiations and interpersonal contacts - on a professional level.

So I was able to make the best decision of my life so far and complete my training as an IHK-certified real estate agent.

Since 2021, I have been able to accompany my clients on a private level every day as they end one phase of their lives and start a new one.

The personal advice I provide to my clients during the brokerage process - from the inventory to moving into the new home - includes numerous criteria that must be taken into account to ensure that everything goes according to plan.

And this takes into account the current legal situation and market factors. I really enjoy supporting this complex process and assisting my clients with an international background in German, English, Spanish and Russian.

In my free time, I like to spend time in nature with sporting activities such as jogging and playing tennis. But I also enjoy doing manual work.

I like trying out new things, discovering new cultures while traveling and learning new languages.

With more than 35 years of experience in sales, including 25 years as a sales manager in the construction supply industry, I bring in-depth expertise to the real estate sector. As a trained wholesale and foreign trade merchant and real estate agent (IHK), I provide my clients with competent and targeted advice on buying and selling real estate. My expertise in construction and my many years of sales experience enable me to achieve the best results for my clients.

In addition, I am a certified solar consultant (IHK) and speak fluent English as well as good French and Dutch.

In my free time, I am passionate about playing the guitar, especially blues and rock 'n' roll, and I am an avid runner. If time and my stamina allow, I also take part in the occasional half marathon. In my private life, I enjoy spending time with my wife, our two grown-up children and good friends.

I decided to do a commercial apprenticeship in the real estate sector because I like the combination of organizational tasks and creative work. I am involved in many areas in the office - from creating floor plans and editing images to Matterport recordings. It's exciting to work behind the scenes and at the same time contribute to presenting properties professionally and optimally.

In my training, I'm learning how important precision and organization are, but also how to think creatively. Every day brings new challenges and variety, which makes the work so exciting. Until I complete my apprenticeship in June 2026, I'm looking forward to many more exciting tasks and to further expanding my knowledge and skills.

Born in Nordhorn and raised in Bad Bentheim, he has been in the real estate business for many years. Its spare time spends Georg Pauling most gladly with its family. With his wife he undertakes with pleasure journeys with the camper. Here, the two are always on the lookout for the most beautiful hiking trails and explore the architectural highlights of the most beautiful cities in Europe. He is a nature lover with all his heart and interested in fine arts. As a church elder, he helps steer the fortunes of the ev.-ref. church congregation.

My name is Lina Pauling, I grew up in Bad Bentheim and moved to Nordhorn with my parents for a short time at the age of 21, from where I first moved to nearby East Frisia for training and later to Münster, which is just as close by, to set up my own business as a midwife.

As a native of Grafschaft, it was a clear decision to return home in 2022 to start my own family.
While working as a midwife, I had already gained my first experience of self-employment and experienced the joy of accompanying families into a new phase of life.
After my own parental leave, buying a house and arriving in my new, old home, I decided to join the family business.
The joy of accompanying families, starting new stages of life and also closing the circle of life together is hardly different from my work as a midwife and is therefore for me a wonderful dynamic symbiosis of two professions that could not be more different and yet more alike.

With my family, my partner and our daughter, we enjoy life in the county. Many contacts from my childhood and youth have remained and developed here, "the Grafschafter always come back", that's how I experience it in my environment - and with good reason. Perfect connections, proximity to nature, internationality on the Dutch border, friendly and open people.

After completing my training as an industrial clerk and gaining a lot of experience in a large industrial company, I discovered my passion for the real estate industry.

Through targeted further training, I was able to deepen my knowledge of the real estate industry and develop my professional skills.

Today, I work in the office and make sure that all administrative processes run smoothly.

In my private life, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and maintain close ties with my home town of Osnabrück.
