Requirements for energy-efficient buildings - consequences for the real estate market

Because according to the EU Parliament, all residential buildings in the EU are to achieve at least energy class E from 2030, and energy class D from 2033. Germany is also planning the Building Energy Act, which would mean that heating systems using fossil fuels would no longer be permitted. Up-to-date the prices for reorganization-needy real estates and older inventory buildings with low energy efficiency class give clearly after - depending upon energetic condition between 10 per cent and 30 per cent in the comparison to the previous year.
