We are looking for an Office Assistant / Team Assistant in full-time. Part-time is not ruled out if it makes sense from a professional and organizational standpoint.

We’re looking for someone who understands processes, pays attention to details, takes responsibility, and reliably supports our brokerage team in their day-to-day work. Someone who thinks analytically but also enjoys communicating—with clients, colleagues, and external partners.

Your responsibilities with us

In this role, you’ll be a central organizational anchor for our shop. You will support our in-house and field teams and ensure that processes run smoothly, professionally, and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Creating and preparing high-quality property listings
• Answering the phone and handling initial communication with customers and prospective clients
• Maintenance and updating of data in our systems
• Organization and compilation of relevant documents
• Preparing and coordinating appointments
• Supporting our real estate agents in their day-to-day business
• Coordinating after-sales processes
• Contributing ideas for process optimization and internal workflows
• Responsibility for order, structure, and organization in the office

In doing so, you will work with modern digital tools and benefit from the advanced digitalization within VON POLL. The sensible use of AI also plays a role for us—for example, for more efficient processing, structuring, or optimization of work processes.

What you bring to the table
