Back office / team assistant (f/m/d) in Potsdam

Your tasks:

• You are an organizational talent, the first point of contact for operational business and office organization.
• You will be responsible for the correct data entry and speedy processing and forwarding of all information.
• You will be responsible for administrative tasks in various areas, prepare customer appointments and manage the meeting rooms.

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have experience in office organization and the real estate industry.
• You are a team player, reliable and flexible and have a confident and self-assured manner.
• You are experienced, motivated, committed and keep an overview and your friendly nature even in stressful situations.
• You are self-organized and like to develop and optimize your own structures and processes.
• You are experienced in using the MS Office package (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
• Savvy in dealing with social media and other online platforms, basic knowledge of marketing is an advantage.
• You are service-oriented and think for the customer.
• You communicate convincingly both verbally and in writing and know how to prepare persuasive presentations
