What we expect:

• Supporting management in day-to-day operations
• Organizing and coordinating appointments, meetings, and follow-ups
• Communicating with customers, business partners, and service providers by phone and in writing
• Preparing for and following up on meetings
• Maintaining and managing records, data, and documentation
• Assisting with organizational and administrative processes
• Independently handling administrative and office tasks
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
