I own a property myself, built in 1999 in Wingst in the district of Cuxhaven in Lower Saxony. I received a voucher by post from the VON POLL-Immobilien estate agency for a free and non-binding valuation of my house. I redeemed this voucher in May 2021. Among other things, we talked about the property of my parents' house in Holzdorf Schwansen/S-H. Since VON POLL-Immobilien is represented throughout Germany, Ms. Kathrin Meyer was recommended to me as a real estate consultant from the Rendsburg store. A friendly telephone call to arrange a viewing appointment for the house in Holzdorf, district of Rendsburg-Eckernförde, was the beginning of a constructive and great collaboration. My parents' house is in a great location in the middle of Schwansen, not far from the Baltic Sea and Schlei and the towns of Eckernförde and Kappeln. The house was built in 1875 and although a lot of new construction and renovation work was carried out between 1970 and 1980, it is getting a bit long in the tooth. It was not yet possible to sell the house during my parents' lifetime. Mrs. Meyer was therefore only able to start selling the house in September 2023. A great presentation on the internet attracted many interested parties to view the house. Ms. Meyer carried out many viewings, was always in a good mood, always willing to provide information and communicative whether by phone, email or WhatsApp. In my opinion, it was purchased by the right buyer, someone from the neighboring town who appreciates the location and the house and, as a master roofer, is able to make changes to the house himself. Should I ever sell my house, I would be happy to use such a competent estate agent.
