The sale of our condominium/rear house in Nuremberg went very professionally. First, an exact calculation of the living space had to be made (the old one was no longer the basis for a sale, which I didn't know!), with the support of Mr. Grimm this resulted in a correct estimate for the sales price. I was always informed promptly about the dates for viewings. The actual sale up to the notary appointment only took 2 1/2 months. I have to admit, I had wanted to sell the apartment myself since mid-September 2024, without an estate agent, at a slightly higher price, but failed miserably. Mainly, the potential buyers were not able to finance the amount. This is where I see the difference between selling the property myself and using an estate agent. The latter gets deeper into the financing of the potential buyer. My decision is no longer without an estate agent, but then also a good one that you can trust, like Mr. Grimm and his team from Nuremberg with von Poll Immobilien. I would like to emphasize once again that I am not a friend of real estate agents, because there are too many who do not have a correct assessment of the property, but without a good agent it is very difficult to bring a property to the buyer. I made the right choice, thank you.
