In the past it was the cave...

Long, long ago... about 12,000 years. Nomadism, with a life in caves and other shelters of the simplest kind, no longer allowed it to "dwell" like that. People moved into self-erected dwellings, mankind became "sedentary".

Is it therefore surprising that nowadays it is simply "normal" to have "a roof over your head", as the saying goes. Nowadays it is normal to live and reside in an apartment, a house, a villa, even in a farmhouse or fishermen's house, a chalet, a luxury property or even a refuge. At that time, there was no thought of it. People didn't think about color on the walls, what materials for which room, how do I furnish myself... how do I live? What may be, what may not be?!

Today it looks...

but differently. From the rustic, once simple farmhouses became exclusive and luxurious chalets, in which one lacks nothing, from the fishing houses on the lake became small fine boutique hotels, private retreats or even charming vacation apartments. We find peace and security, a place to breathe, but also to be active. Whether elegant luxury or sporty lifestyle, any property opens up possibilities for us, which we did not dare to dream at the time - especially here in Chiemgau, in Chiemsee and in the entire Alpine region.

Sounds very tempting, doesn't it? This concept still works out. More and more people decide about a life with the spouse or equal to the whole family to live here. Close to nature, rustic, extravagant, dreamlike or just normal, no matter how, nowadays it is important not only to "have a roof over your head", but to live where it is worth living!
