I have been working in the real estate industry for more than 30 years. During this time, I have come to know the market in all its facets—its developments, its challenges, but also the opportunities that arise for those who are willing to continually grow and develop. This long-standing experience has shaped my perspective on the business and has repeatedly confirmed one thing to me: professionalism, reliability, and a clear entrepreneurial vision are the cornerstones of sustainable success.

As a Master License Partner of VON POLL REAL ESTATE, I am now responsible for the expansion and strategic development of the brand within my area of responsibility. I view this task not only as a business opportunity but also as a commitment: I am committed to ensuring that the high quality standards for which VON POLL REAL ESTATE stands are consistently upheld and further developed.

I’ve always been interested in real estate, but especially in the people behind it. For me, interpersonal relationships, character, and personality are an essential part of my daily work. Everyone brings different ideas, expectations, and needs to the table, and it’s precisely this diversity that makes the work so exciting.

I’ve been part of the team for years now and support it in the area of office management. It’s especially important to me that processes run smoothly, communication remains straightforward, and everything is reliably organized behind the scenes.

I grew up in a family with close ties to the real estate industry—conversations at the dinner table often revolved around projects, and even the occasional detour past a construction site was a natural part of everyday life. Even before my own professional journey began, I knew what truly appealed to me about it: the technical details, the complexity hidden behind them, and that special sense of fulfillment that comes when all the apartments have been successfully leased. My dual degree program in Business Administration—with a focus on Management and Innovation—ultimately opened up a new perspective, allowing me to view numbers, structures, and interrelationships in a completely new light—and given this combination, it was only natural to continue my path in the real estate industry.

For four years now, I’ve had the privilege of being part of this team—a fact that fills me with great gratitude. Because it is precisely here that I can combine this early fascination with the experience I’ve gained over time and find a place in the back office where the two come together quite naturally.

For me, the real estate sector represents the intersection of places, people, and new life projects. I work between Lake Garda and South Tyrol, two very different regions that share extraordinary natural beauty, a high quality of life, and a unique way of living.

The beauty of Lake Garda—with its climate, villages, and lifestyle—blends with the authentic character of South Tyrol, where nature, architecture, and quality craftsmanship strike a special balance. Getting to know and experiencing these regions allows me to understand not only the real estate market but also the value and emotions that a property can represent.

Before I switched to the real estate industry, I worked in banking for many years. This experience has had a lasting impact on my understanding of economic relationships, values, and responsible decision-making. I’ve now been working in the real estate industry for about a decade, supporting both property owners and prospective buyers with expertise, reliability, and a clear understanding of the market.

For me, good real estate consulting means far more than just brokering a deal. It’s about professionally guiding people through important decisions, finding suitable solutions, and working transparently and personally at all times.

Originally from Germany, I found my new home in the Puster Valley a few years ago, where I now live with my family.

My passion for real estate, architecture, and unique living concepts has been with me for many years. In Germany, I worked for several years in the fields of interior design and high-end residential design. This experience has significantly shaped my eye for spaces, details, and the potential of a property.

Today, I combine this expertise with my work as a real estate agent at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN, serving the Puster Valley. For me, it’s not just about location, square meters, and price—it’s about recognizing a property’s unique character, highlighting its strengths, and providing personal, reliable guidance to help people make this important decision.

Because, to me, a property is more than just a place to live—it embodies personality, quality of life, and a piece of the future.

My passion for the real estate industry began when I was very young, when I would visit construction sites with my father and started to gain firsthand experience of the world of construction. Those experiences fostered a genuine interest, which over time evolved into my career path.

In my work, I place great value on listening, transparency, and trust. My greatest satisfaction comes from finding the right balance between expectations and needs, guiding each client toward a real estate solution that truly meets their requirements.

I have been working in the real estate sector for many years, gaining experience in a variety of settings—from Florence to various segments of the Italian real estate market. This journey has taught me to view every assignment and every search as a unique story and to understand different regions, markets, and needs. 

I believe in analysis, method, personal relationships, and the ability to create solutions that are truly tailored to each property and to the people who live in it, entrust it to me, or are searching for it. For me, the work of a real estate agent means understanding a property’s value, knowing how to convey that value, and interpreting the market—but also listening to those looking for a home and grasping what often goes beyond a simple list of features. Experience and expertise are essential, but trust and integrity remain the foundation of every relationship.
