Assistant to the Branch Manager in Neuss

• You will support the Branch Manager with all administrative tasks
• Scheduling and calendar management
• Responding to, forwarding, and coordinating all internal and external inquiries from contractual partners, brokers, customers, and colleagues
• Participating in projects and monitoring timelines
• Preparing and planning webinars, meetings, and client appointments
• Affinity for social media & digital channels

What you can expect:

• You will support the office management and real estate agents in all matters and are responsible for actively participating in and supporting day-to-day operations.
• You will handle administrative tasks in various areas, prepare client appointments, and manage meeting rooms.
• You will be responsible for accurate data entry, prompt processing, and forwarding of data.
• You will perform tasks and duties according to defined and consistent guidelines.
• You will manage our social media channels and create content, or coordinate its creation.
