Your profile:

• You have completed training as a real estate agent or a similar commercial training
• You take over the classic office activities to support the real estate agents
• You are experienced, motivated and committed
• You carry out your tasks conscientiously and reliably, as well as structured and organized
• You are experienced in using the MS Office package (Word/Excel/Powerpoint), image processing and brokerage
  software programs
• Experience with macOS and Apple applications desirable
• You keep an overview and your friendly nature even in stressful situations
• You are flexible enough to adapt spontaneously to changes

What you can expect:

• You support the office management as well as the real estate agents in all matters and are responsible for active cooperation and support in day-to-day business.
• Answering, forwarding and coordinating all internal and external inquiries from contractual partners, brokers, clients and colleagues
• You will be responsible for administrative tasks in various areas, preparing client appointments and managing the meeting rooms.
• You will be responsible for the correct data entry and prompt processing and forwarding of data.
• You will carry out tasks and work according to defined and standardized specifications.
