Growing up in Munich's vibrant Schwabing district, she already dreamed of a life in the countryside as a child - inspired by the longing for nature and freedom that her urban surroundings could not offer.

Vivianne came into contact with real estate development at a young age through her family roots in the real estate industry. But before she embarked on her career in the real estate sector, her creativity first led her into the jewelry industry. This experience enriched her with a keen sense of aesthetics and detail, which today shapes her work in real estate brokerage.

Her path took her from her first steps as a junior estate agent in Munich to commercial letting and risk management at HypoVereinsbank. There she expanded her knowledge in real estate valuation and the investment business, which gave her a deep understanding of the value of real estate and its potential. Training as a facility manager (IHK) rounded off her profile.

Since 2010, she has combined her many years of experience with her love of country life as a partner at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN in Starnberg/Fünfseenland. As a certified real estate appraiser (WertCert®), she brings in-depth expertise to her daily work and supports her clients with passion and professional competence in realizing their dream home.

Vivianne Pucer is a dedicated nature lover and passionate animal lover. In her free time, she finds balance in jogging with her dog or riding in the picturesque countryside around Starnberg. Her diverse interests and her deep connection to the country and its people make her a valued and committed real estate expert who always focuses on the well-being of her clients.

After earning her degree in industrial design, Berlin native Petra Herlitz moved to Bavaria to be closer to her passion: skiing. There, she worked in the international paper trade for nearly a decade before gaining further experience in the media and advertising industries. She has now been working as an independent real estate consultant for nearly 20 years. Initially, she worked primarily in her hometown of Berlin and in Munich, where she brokered both renovation projects in Kreuzberg and luxury properties in Bogenhausen with great dedication and passion.

In 2016, she moved to Lake Starnberg to join the team at Vivianne Pucer’s von Poll Immobilien Shop. Here, she can focus on providing targeted advice and support to her clients while relying on the backing of a competent team with its extensive and successful network. Her training as a real estate agent (IHK), combined with regular continuing education, complements her years of practical experience. Ms. Herlitz addresses her clients’ specific problems and wishes with expertise, heart, and mind, and remains unflappable even in the face of major challenges. She meets her clientele from industry and business on equal terms, with sensitivity to their desire for discretion.

Born and raised in Starnberg, Ms. Jesse has extensive experience as an event and marketing manager in the areas of event planning, marketing and customer communication.

With an IHK degree in office management and professional positions in well-known companies, she was able to build up sound expertise, especially in the design of websites, the implementation of social media campaigns and the planning and implementation of events.

What fascinates her about the profession is the variety of tasks, which range from customer advice and support to property management and brokerage to the planning and financing of construction projects and properties for sale.

Katharina Maillinger completed a four-year hotel management apprenticeship at the hotel management school in Porec (Croatia) after finishing school in 2017. There, she was not only able to demonstrate her talent for communication, but also expand her foreign language skills. In addition to German and Croatian as her native languages, she speaks fluent English and has basic knowledge of Italian as well as beginner's Russian.

Thanks to her father, who works in the real estate business in Croatia, she had the opportunity to get to know and identify with the diverse aspects of the real estate industry early on. Organizational talent and flexibility are essential parts of her everyday life, as are customer service and advising people interested in real estate.

Her friendly and committed manner, which is of great importance in the hotel industry, enables her to inspire other people. In her free time, she enjoys spending time in nature with her horses, which helps her to find a balance and live out her love of animals.

With a diverse background that includes graphic design, art direction and photography, Anne Schneidersmann brings an excellent blend of creativity, precision and passion to the real estate industry.

Her journey began as a graphic designer, where she honed her eye for detail, form and aesthetics. Her talent quickly led her to the role of art director at a well-known Munich advertising agency, where she led creative teams and designed captivating visual narratives. Her passion for photography also led to a successful career as a landscape, architecture and real estate photographer.

Today, as a dedicated real estate agent (IHK), she uses her extensive experience to help her clients present properties in an appealing and target group-oriented way and to convey living spaces. Her deep understanding of form and design allows her to recognize potential that others may overlook, making her a valuable asset to both buyers and sellers.

Anne Schneidersmann is convinced that successful real estate brokerage goes far beyond the mere transaction. She sees every property not just as a building, but as a home that tells stories and evokes emotions. She is aware that the change of ownership of a property can be financially significant and often an emotional matter. Taking both into account responsibly is the key to satisfied customers, both on the seller and buyer side.
