Werner Enzmann is the branch manager of our stores in Reutlingen city center and in Tübingen, right by the Neckar Bridge.

After more than a decade in the USA and other positions in the Netherlands and Switzerland, I not only gained international experience, but also developed a great passion for real estate. After 17.5 years in a large German fashion group, it was time for me to take on a new challenge. Since von Poll Immobilien had already brokered my own home for me, the decision was easy. After an inspiring conversation with the head of the store and a seminar at the head office in Frankfurt, it was clear to me that I wanted to start my next professional chapter here.

I have been a Pfullinger by choice since 2019 and live with my family and my two Ridgebacks on the beautiful Ahlsberg. In my free time, I find my balance with Tai Chi and long walks in nature. Every day I look forward to having exciting encounters and accompanying buyers and sellers on their journey - with enthusiasm and the necessary sensitivity.

I have been happily married for over a decade and live with my husband on the Georgenberg. After studying German and history at the University of Jena, my career path initially took me into the real estate industry before I took a detour into media technology. However, my love of real estate finally brought me back to the world of houses and apartments.

I am a sociable, empathetic person who loves contact with people and is always determined to tackle new challenges. In my free time, I am passionate about traveling to faraway, warm and exotic countries, spending time hiking, cooking or gardening. I also enjoy a nice evening at the opera or the ballet.

I was born in Berlin and studied business administration with a focus on marketing after graduating from high school.

After many years in facility management, including in service and project management, a project assignment brought me to the Tübingen region - a city that I quickly took to my heart. I have been living here with my wife and daughter for over 12 years now.

The change of location inspired me to make a new start in my career: after completing a certificate course in real estate management, I took the plunge and started my own business as a real estate consultant at VON POLL Immobilien. The combination of my experience in the real estate sector with a customer-oriented service approach still inspires me today. The versatility and dynamism of this profession motivate me anew every day.

After many formative years in my homeland of Transylvania, life led me to Germany in 1990. Along the way, I had the opportunity to try my hand at various professions until I finally found my calling in a business apprenticeship. With this knowledge, I was able to find my calling in the furniture trade—a field that perfectly combined my passion for people and for beautiful living spaces.

Interior design, the feel of home, genuine connections—all of this led me, step by step, into the world of real estate. Since 2019, I have been walking this path together with Werner Enzmann, and I am delighted to be able to support our clients through such important life decisions.

In my free time, I draw strength from spending time with my family. Music and history inspire me and are simply a part of who I am. The Swabian Alb is not just a home to me—it’s where I feel connected, and it’s here that I care for the people of this beautiful region with heart and joy.

After completing my business degree in Cologne and gaining over eight years of experience in the family business, I decided to take on a new challenge in the real estate sector. Real estate fascinates me because every property is so individual and unique. My goal is to provide expert advice to clients and bring their customized living concepts to life.

I live in beautiful Metzingen and greatly value the close, personal connection with our clients. In my free time, I enjoy staying active—whether it’s jogging, road cycling, or skiing in the winter.

For many years, the automotive industry was my professional home. Today, I am pursuing my true passion: real estate in my home region of Reutlingen and Tübingen.

I bring my intuition for people and my enthusiasm for architecture to every consultation. To me, real estate is far more than just bricks and mortar. Real estate combines lasting value with true quality of life. My goal is to harmonize people’s wishes and needs with the uniqueness of a property.

In my personal life, I live with my wife in the northern part of Reutlingen. Our three sons have since left home, and we are delighted to already be grandparents twice over. In my free time, I devote myself to my second great passion: cooking. Because whether it comes to food or home life, true enjoyment lies in the details and needs to be well-seasoned.

I see my role as connecting people and places, just as in cooking, with sensitivity and carefully selected ingredients, much like a fine dish.
