My professional career began with an apprenticeship as a legal assistant. This legal background continues to shape the way I work today: precisely, meticulously, and with a special focus on contractual and procedural reliability.

At the same time, I am studying architecture (B.A.) at IU International University, which I will successfully complete in the spring of 2026. This specialized knowledge continually broadens my understanding of construction quality, spatial concepts, and long-term value appreciation.

As a DGNB Registered Professional, I also possess in-depth expertise in the field of sustainable and future-proof construction—an aspect that is becoming increasingly important in today’s real estate market and plays a central role in my consulting work.

For many years, I have been working closely and in a spirit of trust with my husband, Christian Seichter. As a well-coordinated team, we complement each other perfectly—both professionally and strategically—sharing a common commitment to professionalism and reliability.

I am currently completing my one-year internship at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN in Bad Kreuznach

as part of my associate degree program in Business and Administration. This gives me

the opportunity to gain my first professional experience while also gaining a broad

insight into the real estate industry.

After successfully graduating from high school in June 2026, I made a conscious decision to pursue this

path. I expect to complete my university-preparatory diploma in May 2028

. It is particularly important to me to combine the knowledge I’ve gained in school with practical

experience and to continue developing both professionally and personally.

What interests me most about the real estate industry is the connection between

economic issues and personal interaction with people. I enjoy working with

people, listening to them, and supporting them with their concerns. Especially in a

profession where trust, communication, and personalized advice play an important role,

I feel right at home.

Reliability, strong communication skills, and good organizational abilities are among my

personal strengths. I approach new tasks with interest and a willingness to learn, and

I look forward to taking on more and more responsibility and getting to know the various

areas of real estate brokerage.

Even outside of my internship, teamwork and dedication are an important part

of my daily life. In my free time, I do show dance. For me, dancing combines

creativity, discipline, and working together toward a common goal.
