Full-time team assistant (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• You will support the office management and real estate agents in all matters and be responsible for actively participating in and supporting
  day-to-day business
• You will take on administrative tasks in various areas, prepare customer appointments, and manage the meeting rooms
• You will be responsible for the correct data entry and speedy processing and forwarding of data
• You will carry out tasks and work according to defined and uniform specifications
• Creation of cooperation concepts for the in-house magazine, newspapers, and other online and offline platforms. Acquiring new industry-related cooperation partners and introducing them to the existing structures of VON POLL IMMOBILIEN. Integrating and managing existing and new partners in the cooperation processes. Supporting existing cooperation partners and developing joint activities.li>
• Long-term retention of partners to the company
• Proactive approach to potential cooperation partners, activation of cross-selling potential
• Strategic consulting and active support for the successful implementation of the partnership
• Creation of an inspiring vision and development of the communication strategy and concept across all relevant communication channels (Facebook, XING, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), including community management, continuous monitoring, and optimization
• Identification of lifestyle-related topics to support and further develop the visibility of professional services online
• Analysis and optimization of communication, evaluating the selected measures and creating meaningful reports. Ensuring the external impact and visibility of the VON POLL IMMOBILIEN corporate brand in the relevant target media and channels.   • You have completed commercial training and take on the classic office tasks of a real estate agent
  • Ideally, you have initial professional experience in a comparable position
  • You are a team player, reliable, and flexible, and have a confident and self-assured manner
  • You are experienced, motivated, committed, and able to keep a clear head and maintain a friendly manner even in stressful situations.
  • You perform your tasks conscientiously and reliably, as well as in a structured and organized manner.
  • You are experienced in using the MS Office package (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
  • You are confident in using social media and other online platforms; basic knowledge of marketing is an advantage.
  • You communicate convincingly in both written and spoken English and know how to prepare compelling presentations.
