Your tasks:

You support the management as well as the real estate agents in all matters and are responsible for the active cooperation and support in the daily business
You take over the administrative deployment in various areas, prepare customer appointments and manage the meeting rooms
You are responsible for the correct data entry and speedy processing and forwarding of data
You perform tasks and work according to defined and uniform specifications
Varying weekly working hours between 9:00 and 18:00
You will perform general office tasks, as well as appointment coordination
You will integrate yourself into a team, with the motivation of a long-term and collegial cooperation. A nice and open-minded team that is looking forward to working with you

Your profile:

You have a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
You ideally have initial work experience in a comparable position
You are a team player, reliable and flexible and have a confident and self-assured appearance
You are experienced, motivated, committed and maintain an overview and your friendly nature even in stressful situations
You complete your tasks as conscientiously and reliably, as structured and organized
You love direct customer contact and have good manners, as well as confident, friendly appearance with high customer orientation
You are experienced in using the MS Office package (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
Ideally you have some experience in onOffice
English language skills are desirable
