What you can expect:
- As Recruiting Manager (f/m/d) for the DACH region, you will be responsible for the allocation of exclusive territories and carry out the direct approach of new partners
- You will search for and select potential business partners and conduct contract negotiations independently
- You will continuously develop effective acquisition strategies, create regular reports and analyses and report directly to the management
- From the initial approach and contract negotiations to signing and follow-up, you will accompany the entire process
- A lucrative commission model for successful deals and receive full technical equipment
What we expect:
- You have completed commercial training or a university degree
- You have several years of professional experience and proven success in sales ideally in headhunting or. Recruiting and/or real estate
- You have experience in directly approaching and acquiring potential business partners
- You have persuasiveness, communication skills and enthusiasm
- You have a good knowledge of human nature and potential assessment as well as a feel for business data and facts
