Capital Broker Compass 2025: Award as a 5-star broker
VON POLL IMMOBILIEN was awarded the highest rating of five stars in the Capital Brokerage Compass 2025 for a total of 164 locations in the residential real estate segment and two locations in the commercial segment. With this result, VON POLL IMMOBILIEN is once again the real estate agency with the most award-winning locations. In cooperation with the IIB Institute, Capital Magazine has analyzed the services of a total of 5,607 real estate agents (4,288 for residential, 1,319 for commercial) in 161 cities (commercial real estate: 23 cities) for the twelfth time. In a comprehensive test procedure, the participants were assessed according to the following criteria: qualification, process quality, exposé and contract as well as customer service.
