Assistant (f/m/d) to the legal department

Your responsibilities
- General administrative and clerical work in the legal department
- File management, master data maintenance and filing
- Preparing pleadings and draft contracts
- Responsible for monitoring deadlines
- Applying for dunning and enforcement notices
- Filing emails, letters and pleadings
- Processing mail and monitoring resubmissions
- Follow-up on invoices
- Support with organizational tasks
- Drafting letters to authorities
- Preparing and following up on meetings and taking minutes
Your profile:
- Completed training as a paralegal (f/m/d) or comparable training
- At least five years of professional experience
- Punctual, reliable, confidential and structured
- You have a confident and self-assured manner, good communication skills and are an organizational talent
- Sure handling of MS Office and Excel; Knowledge of Winra legal software is an advantage
