Assistant to the Branch Manager in Bad Homburg

• Responding to, forwarding, and coordinating all internal and external inquiries from contractual partners, brokers, clients, and colleagues
• Participating in projects and monitoring timelines
• Preparing and planning webinars, meetings, and client appointments

• You will handle administrative tasks in various areas, prepare client appointments, and manage the meeting rooms.
• You will be responsible for accurate data entry, prompt processing, and forwarding of data.
