Melanie Leschnig has been working as an office assistant for VON POLL IMMOBILIEN in the Jever store since February 2025 and also supports the team in Wilhelmshaven when required. As a native of Wilhelmshaven and having lived in Jever for five years, she has strong regional ties - an advantage that owners and prospective buyers alike appreciate.

Before entering the real estate industry, she worked as a dental assistant for a total of 16 years and also completed further training as a dental administrative assistant. During this time, she gained extensive experience in organization, administration and professional interaction with people. She then worked for two years in the back office of an insurance agency and deepened her knowledge of service, structure and customer care.

Lisa Bauer has been with VON POLL Immobilien in Wilhelmshaven since August 2024 and is completing her training as a real estate agent here, which she will also complete at the company. Thanks to her previous studies in real estate management, she already has a good basic knowledge, which makes it easier for her to get started and is often helpful in her day-to-day work.
