Born in 1969 on the Lower Rhine, Anja Pötters began her real estate career after graduating from high school and studying law with an apprenticeship in real estate and housing management (IHK) in Bochum, which she successfully completed after just one and a half years. This was followed by almost 15 successful years in real estate sales at two banks in Cologne and on the Lower Rhine. She joined VON POLL IMMOBILIEN in 2014 and completed further training as an independent expert for real estate valuation (PErsCert).

Anja Pötters is a real estate agent with heart and soul. As an office owner, she knows her local market inside out and has an excellent network in the region.

Anja Pötters and her colleagues always focus on providing competent, reliable support for owners and search clients. Dedicated support for their clients from the initial personal meeting to the successful completion of the transaction is a matter of course for them. The team focuses on brokering properties of lasting value in prime residential and commercial locations as well as historical and agricultural properties.

Mrs. Maschke was born in Dinslaken in 1980 and has her roots in Duisburg. After graduating from high school in 1999, she initially trained as a commercial clerk in the property and housing industry at a local housing company. She then decided to pursue further training as a real estate specialist (IHK) on a part-time basis. In order to broaden her horizons and be as broadly positioned as possible for her professional career, she then completed a degree in business administration (FH).

After working in various areas of the real estate industry for over 20 years, Ms Maschke decided to start working as a real estate agent at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN WESEL due to her enjoyment of dealing with people and her ongoing interest in real estate.

Ms Maschke is a customer-oriented real estate consultant who is characterized by a high degree of empathy and a passion for real estate.
