Born in Cologne in 1977 and raised in Niederkassel, Norbert Hausen has been the manager of the von Poll Immobilien Shop in Troisdorf since June 2023. Prior to that, the father of two worked for many years as a salaried and freelance real estate agent for a large international real estate firm in Bonn.

Local knowledge, a natural knack for dealing with people, and a passion for real estate make this Rhinelander with years of sales experience the ideal contact when it comes to buying or selling a property in Troisdorf and Niederkassel. “I’ve lived in Niederkassel for nearly 50 years and know the region between Cologne and Bonn like the back of my hand. Having grown up in Troisdorf, she knows every corner, every street, and every vantage point of her hometown. After earning her master’s degree in Bonn, she initially began her career in other professional fields. In the late 1990s, her path eventually led her to Frankfurt am Main. In this banking and financial hub, she discovered her passion for real estate and took the bold step of switching careers to enter a completely new industry.

For more than ten years, she worked successfully here as a team member at a renowned real estate agency. Over time, she has acquired impressive expertise and a keen sense for her clients’ wishes and needs. Whether it’s a condominium, a single-family home, or an investment property—Ute Schwarz knows her craft down to the smallest detail.

With her return to Troisdorf, she has come full circle—and a new chapter begins for us: We are proud and delighted to have such an experienced, dedicated, and empathetic colleague as Ute Schwarz on our team.

In October 2025, Karlo Paeßens joined our team as a dual-track student. We warmly welcome him to our store in Troisdorf and look forward to benefiting from his drive, his curiosity, and his deep connection to his hometown.

Born in Düsseldorf in 2005 and raised in Niederkassel, he has known the region around Troisdorf and Niederkassel since childhood—every street, every place, and the people who make this area so special. After graduating from high school in Bonn in 2025, he decided to pursue a dual degree program in Cologne with a focus on business administration and real estate management. With his start here in October, an exciting new chapter begins for Karlo Paeßens: Here, he can put the knowledge he gained during his studies directly into practice, experience the real estate market firsthand, and gain valuable experience for his professional future.
