Myriam Mayer has been managing our real estate store at Mörikestraße 15 since 2011. Based on her many years of experience in project management, every customer receives the best quality. In addition to administrative tasks, she enthusiastically produces the photos of our properties and puts the finishing touches on the real estate presentations. Thomas J. Ruck uses the expertise he has gained from his studies and built up over many years of professional experience competently for our customers and is also happy to pass on his advice as part of the team. He understands the individual needs of sellers and buyers and successfully combines his sales talent with his passion for real estate - meanwhile already since 2015 for VPI Stuttgart. In his free time, he sits on his racing bike or plays golf and, as captain, is responsible for the young seniors (AK30) team of the Stuttgart Golf Club Solitude e.V.

Manuela Sachs
With Manuela Sachs it was clear from the beginning that you will be an enrichment for our customers but also for our team with her open and warm nature. Architecture and real estate have always been her passion. She is also a competent contact person when it comes to redesigning properties to meet modern living requirements. The most important thing in customer contact for her is a trusting, open and honest relationship at eye level. She finds a balance to her job in sports and traveling.
Cecilia Kühnapfel
Our apprentice Cecilia Kühnapfel has started her apprenticeship at Von Poll Immobilien in Stuttgart in 2022 after successfully completing her Abitur. Full of interest and diligence, she participates in the daily work as a real estate agent. She says: "Even as a child I was interested in real estate and could imagine working in this field later on". She particularly enjoys learning the subject-specific activities and working with customers in a spirit of trust. Exercise is a must for her: in her free time she does a lot of sports. Another passion of hers is traveling.
