What a fantastic first day of the Lidl Germany Tour on August 20, 2026 in our beautiful city! The first stage started in Bad Orb and covered 215 km to Schwäbisch Hall. We at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN Schwäbisch Hall were right in the thick of it with our team and enjoyed the special atmosphere at the public viewing.
Together, we watched the finish line on the big screen as the winner of Stage 1, Louis Barré, crossed it, and then rounded out the evening with a summery atmosphere and live music. The winner of the Tour, which ended on August 23, 2026, in Heilbronn, was the Frenchman Paul Magnier.
A heartfelt thank you to the business association Schwäbisch Hall aktiv for the fantastic organization of the public viewing event and the varied supporting program!

Our office owner, Christopher Borstelmann, from the VON POLL IMMOBILIEN partner store in Schwäbisch Hall was a guest speaker at the Haus & Grund Schwäbisch Hall information evening.
Around 40 guests were given exciting insights into the most important factors influencing property valuation as well as common valuation methods and practical tips for owners.
The large turnout, the lively exchange and the noticeable interest made the evening a complete success. The event took place in the community center of St. Luke's Church in Schwäbisch Hall and was perfectly organized by Haus & Grund Schwäbisch Hall.
