Valuation of real estate

Our office owner, Christopher Borstelmann, from the VON POLL IMMOBILIEN partner store in Schwäbisch Hall was a guest speaker at the Haus & Grund Schwäbisch Hall information evening.
Around 40 guests were given exciting insights into the most important factors influencing property valuation as well as common valuation methods and practical tips for owners.
The large turnout, the lively exchange and the noticeable interest made the evening a complete success. The event took place in the community center of St. Luke's Church in Schwäbisch Hall and was perfectly organized by Haus & Grund Schwäbisch Hall.

Fundraising campaign: 24 Christmas miracles

This year, for the first time, we are part of menschFirst's wonderful "24 Christmas miracles" campaign and were on site at the AKI children's hospice in Schwäbisch Hall to hand over the donations together with Elabo GmbH and the Flügelau pharmacy and vitality center from Crailsheim. We are sure that Astrid Winter and her team will put the money to good use to once again create special moments for the children, young people and their families. Whether it's a little time out, creative projects or other heartfelt wishes - together we can put a smile on someone's face!
