My name is Ines Klempnow. As a certified real estate agent (IHK) and certified real estate appraiser (Sprengnetter Academy), I am here to assist you with professional real estate appraisals and successful real estate brokerage. In addition, I am responsible for training our real estate agents, with the goal of hiring them as qualified professionals after they complete their training.

Having grown up in Cologne, I now live with my Jack Russell Terrier in beautiful Pulheim. I greatly appreciate the natural surroundings here.

I have been very interested in real estate since I was young, and I am happy to be able to pursue my career at von Poll Immobilien.
