Qendrim Rexhepi is a highly experienced real estate consultant and certified real estate agent (IHK) who has been enriching our team in many ways since September 2019. His career with us began after he completed a two-year apprenticeship as a real estate agent, which he finished with honors. This training laid the foundation for his successful work as a real estate agent within the VON POLL family.
Since 2023, Mr. Rexhepi has been responsible for managing the VON POLL office in Gräfelfing. In this role, he leads the office with great success and plays a key role in the location’s continued development and success. Through his leadership qualities and dedication, he has made the office a go-to destination for clients seeking competent and reliable advice.
Before Mr. Rexhepi entered the real estate industry, he completed an apprenticeship as an insurance and finance agent, which he also finished with flying colors as the top student in his class. Even during this time, his passion for field work and providing intensive client support was evident, which motivated him to continue his professional career in the real estate industry.
Mr. Rexhepi is distinguished by his genuine enjoyment of working with people. He continually strives to develop professionally and expand his skills. This is reflected in his daily work, where he always strives not only to meet but to exceed his clients’ expectations. In his free time, Mr. Rexhepi enthusiastically pursues his passion for sports, which helps him stay physically and mentally fit and thus always ready for the challenges of his profession.

Mr. Sascha Hadeed has been the branch manager at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN Gräfelfing since 2016.

He was born in Göttingen and moved to Munich after graduating from high school to complete an apprenticeship as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk.

He then worked in the sales of agricultural machinery and heavy equipment before moving to an internationally active Bavarian automobile manufacturer in 2011. There, he had an impressive career, first as a branch manager, then as a sales manager for new cars, and finally for the entire corporate group.

In 2016, Mr. Hadeed decided to become self-employed and began working at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN. In 2018, he also received the license for VON POLL COMMERCIAL Munich.

As a DEKRA-certified real estate appraisal expert (D1), Mr. Hadeed combines his in-depth market knowledge with professional appraisal expertise, thereby providing his clients with a reliable foundation for their real estate decisions.

Mr. Hadeed is a professional in his field. Through his knowledge, many years of experience, and market expertise in the real estate industry, as well as his strong customer focus, he has built an excellent reputation.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, from whom he draws his strength. His three children, in particular, bring him great joy. He enjoys taking long walks with his family and his Labrador. He himself moved to the beautiful Würm Valley in 2021.

Ms. Raouf, who was born in Munich and grew up in the Starnberg district, successfully completed her training as a real estate agent in 2022. She received an excellent education and is already a professional in the real estate industry. She has an excellent knowledge of the licensed territory. Ms. Raouf began her career with an internship at VON POLL Gräfelfing, where her passion for real estate quickly made her an integral part of the team. She finds inspiration in architecture and interior design and always strives to create spaces that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and personalized. She firmly believes that a well-designed space contributes to a good life. In her free time, she enjoys exploring various design concepts and styles and draws inspiration from current trends.As an active person, Ms. Raouf enjoys spending time with friends and family. Her empathetic personality allows her to easily put herself in other people’s shoes. She is committed to always supporting, inspiring, and motivating her colleagues. Mr. Schuhbeck has been working as an independent real estate consultant at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN Gräfelfing since April 2021. He is an experienced and versatile real estate expert with extensive expertise in the industry. His career began in 1996 at Deutsche Vermögensberatung AG in Munich, where he worked as an independent financial advisor. In this role, he successfully built his own client base and brokered financial products and real estate. In addition, he was responsible for a team of six employees. From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Schuhbeck worked as an independent financial services provider at K.W.N. in Oberhausen. There, he was responsible for financial services and real estate, and from March 1999 onward, he headed the Real Estate and Financing division. Under his leadership, revenue grew to 30 million euros, and he was responsible for a team of eight employees. From April 2005 to March 2021, Mr. Schuhbeck worked as a freelance real estate agent. During this time, he successfully brokered land, apartments, houses, and commercial properties. Before joining VON POLL IMMOBILIEN, Mr. Schuhbeck worked as a project developer at the Walser Real Estate Group in Munich. In this role, he was responsible for acquiring land, clarifying building rights, and negotiating with owners and buyers. He was also responsible for drafting contracts. In addition to his professional activities, Mr. Schuhbeck is an animal lover and owns a German Shepherd. He lives in Fürstenfeldbruck and enjoys spending his free time outdoors. With his extensive experience and expertise, Mr. Schuhbeck is an extremely competent real estate expert and a valuable contact for all questions regarding your property.

Laurenz Artmann has been part of the VON POLL IMMOBILIEN Gräfelfing team since April 2025. A native of Munich, he graduated from high school in 2023 with a focus on economics and has since been studying real estate management to gain a deep understanding of the industry and its processes. He developed a keen interest in economic processes and real estate-related matters at an early age, which he now combines with practical experience in the day-to-day operations of our office. Laurenz gained his first practical insights through school internships, which solidified his decision to pursue a career in the real estate industry. He particularly values communication and direct contact with clients and people—whether by phone, email, or in person.Today, he supports the company across a wide range of responsibilities: from internal processes to preparing and supporting sales processes, as well as contributing to property listings, presentations, and coordinated client support. His high level of self-motivation, his meticulous and structured approach to work, and his open, service-oriented demeanor make him a valuable asset to the entire team.His goal: to continuously deepen his expertise in the real estate industry, gain an even better understanding of operational contexts, and actively contribute to the successful growth of VON POLL IMMOBILIEN Gräfelfing through his dedication.

Julius Metzdorf joined the office team at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN Gräfelfing in September 2025.
Julius spent a large part of his childhood in Gräfelfing and still feels a strong connection to the community. He is therefore all the more delighted to be returning to this familiar environment for work.

In his role in the office, Julius supports our Gräfelfing office by preparing documents, creating property listings and presentations, and coordinating appointments and workflows. During his law studies, he focused intensively on structured work and analytical thinking—skills that will be of great benefit in his office role.

His eye for detail and his interest in clear processes will help ensure that our internal operations run smoothly and that both property owners and prospective buyers receive reliable support.
