Mr. Sascha Hadeed has been a VON POLL COMMERCIAL license partner in Munich since 2018.

Born in Göttingen, he was drawn to our beautiful Bavaria soon after leaving school - to the state capital, of course. Starting with an apprenticeship as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant in Munich, followed by a few years as a sales manager of agricultural heavy equipment and machinery, Mr. Hadeed reoriented himself in 2011 and has since been working for an internationally operating automotive company. Here he quickly scored points with his empathy, which was immediately reflected in customer satisfaction and his sales figures. Here, too, he inevitably climbed the career ladder. 2013 branch managers, 2014 sales manager new automobiles of the entire group of companies.

Quickly it was clear to him that the next step can only be self-employment. Versed in the field of sales, he started at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN in 2016.

After successfully setting up the VON POLL IMMOBILIEN store in Gräfelfing, he was entrusted with the license for residential and commercial properties, commercial properties and investment properties for the Bavarian capital of Munich, including the surrounding areas, which he has been looking after with a lot of heart and skill ever since.

To be able to offer his customers the best know-how and professionalism, Mr. Hadeed deliberately selected his team, knowing that a homogeneous team that works hand-in-hand and everyone exhausts his abilities with an ease and joy, brings the highest quality results.

Since family and friends are the top priority for Mr. Hadeed and he is the father of a charming little daughter since 2021, he has now struck his roots in the Munich Speckgürtel. The Würmtal offers him and his family peace and idyll to draw strength.

Especially his Labrador lady enjoys the proximity to the Würm.

Mrs. Malalei Raouf is a native of Munich and grew up in the Starnberg district.

She completed an internship at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN Gräfelfing in 2018 and applied for an apprenticeship after successfully graduating from high school. She has been a permanent part of our team since September 2021.

Through her position as district student representative, Ms. Raouf discovered her penchant for organizing and decorating and now inspires people with her creative ideas and supports her colleagues with all her passion.

Ms. Raouf especially values family and friends. The well-being of her fellow human beings is very close to her heart and so Ms. Raouf always brings joy to the team with small gestures. She enjoys her free time with her loved ones. She also does not say no to spontaneous activities. Sitting in a nice café with her closest friends when the weather is nice is one of her favorite activities.

We are very happy that she has chosen us and look forward to the future together with excitement.

Our youngest broker talent, Mr. Qendrim Rexhepi, has been with us since September 2019 and completed his two-year training at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN Shop Gräfelfing as a real estate agent with flying colors in 2021.

Before Mr. Rexhepi enriched our team, he completed his first training as an accountant for insurance and finance as the best in his year. Here, too, his focus was already on field service and customer support.

Working with people has always been a pleasure for him, as has his professional development. His unbroken fascination and great interest in real estate brought Mr. Rexhepi to the real estate industry and to us at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN Gräfelfing. In his spare time, Mr. Rexhepi can be found on the golf course improving his handicap.

Mr. Schuhbeck has been working as an independent real estate consultant at VON POLL Office Munich since April 2021. He is an experienced and versatile real estate expert with extensive expertise in the industry.

His career began in 1996 at Deutsche Vermögensberatung AG in Munich, where he worked as an independent investment advisor. In this position he was able to successfully build up his own client base and broker financial products and real estate. In addition, he had responsibility for a team of six employees.

From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Schuhbeck worked as an independent financial services provider at the K.W.N company in Oberhausen. There he was responsible for financial services and real estate, and from March 1999 he headed the real estate and financing division. Under his leadership, the sales volume grew to 30 million euros, and he had responsibility for a team of eight employees.

From April 2005 to March 2021, Mr. Schuhbeck worked as a freelance real estate agent. During this time, he successfully brokered land, apartments, houses and commercial units.

Before joining VON POLL IMMOBILIEN, Mr. Schuhbeck worked as a project developer at Walser Immobiliengruppe in Munich. In this position, he was responsible for acquiring land, clarifying building rights and negotiating with owners and buyers. In addition, he was responsible for the preparation of contracts.

In addition to his professional activities, Mr. Schuhbeck is an animal lover and owns a German shepherd. He lives in Fürstenfeldbruck and likes to be out in nature in his spare time. With his extensive experience and expertise, Mr. Schuhbeck is an extremely competent real estate expert and a valuable contact for all questions about your property.

Valeria Canali has been part of our team since the beginning of September 2023 and is a trainee real estate agent.

Born in Frankfurt, she moved to Gauting with her family at an early age and completed her technical college entrance qualification at the technical college in Starnberg in 2022.

Inspired by real estate and its marketing, contact with customers and the variety of tasks that the profession entails, she applied for an internship at the Gräfelfing office and impressed employees with her interest, commitment and communication skills.

Mrs. Canali loves advising and supporting customers and is looking forward to managing and brokering properties herself.

In her free time, Ms. Canali enjoys sports and is enthusiastic about competitive gymnastics and athletics.

Helen Mrasek has been part of our team as a trainee real estate agent since the beginning of September 2023.

Born in Munich, she graduated from high school in 2022 and has been interested in real estate and its marketing for several years.

In April 2023, she completed a one-day internship at a real estate agency on the beautiful island of Ibiza and was impressed by the individual advice given to customers and the presentation of suitable offers according to their wishes and needs.

What fascinates her about the profession is the variety of tasks involved, ranging from advising and supporting customers, managing and brokering properties to planning and financing construction projects and properties for sale.

As a friendly, open-minded and communicative person, Ms. Mrasek loves working with people. She enjoys contact with customers and is able to adapt to their different needs.
