My name is André Steidle. A native of the Allgäu region, I successfully completed my training as a hotel management specialist in 2006.

Since the scope of responsibilities for a hotel management specialist is very broad and managing a renowned restaurant in Memmingen wasn’t enough for me, I decided to move to Munich for a few years. There, I was able to further expand my skills and knowledge. Most recently, I worked as a service manager and bar manager at a leading company with both national and international operations, as well as at a leading company in the sports and entertainment industry.

However, after moving to Memmingen with my wife, it quickly became clear to me for personal reasons that I should pursue a career change. So, in early 2015, I decided to retrain as an IHK-certified real estate agent in cooperation with VON POLL IMMOBILIEN in Memmingen.

Since then, I have been successfully and competently serving our buyers and sellers with a high degree of discretion and reliability, and have already successfully brokered numerous properties. I took over the Memmingen office in May 2019 and am proud to say that I am successfully managing it.

Whether approaching potential buyers or negotiating with owners, my team and I—as branch managers—work hard every day to find the right property for you. Based at my office in Memmingen, my team and I serve the Memmingen area and the Unterallgäu region.

We specialize in the sale and rental of residential properties. Another focus of our work is brokering investment properties.
