My name is André Steidle. A native of the Allgäu region, I successfully completed my training as a hotel manager in 2006.

However, since the scope of a hotel manager’s work is very broad and managing a renowned restaurant in Memmingen wasn’t enough for me, I decided to move to Munich for a few years. There, I was able to further develop my skills and knowledge. Most recently, I worked for Käfer both nationally and internationally as a service manager and bar manager, including at Formula 1 events.

After moving to Memmingen with my wife, however, it quickly became clear to me for personal reasons that I wanted to change careers. So, in early 2015, I decided to retrain as an IHK-certified real estate agent in cooperation with VON POLL IMMOBILIEN GmbH in Memmingen.

Since then, I have been successfully, competently, and with great discretion and reliability serving our buyers and sellers, and have already successfully brokered numerous properties. I took over the Memmingen office in May 2019 and am proud to say that I am successfully managing it.

Whether approaching potential buyers or negotiating with owners, as office manager, my team and I are dedicated to finding the right property for you every day. Based at my office in Memmingen, my team and I serve the Memmingen area and the Unterallgäu region.
