Our Team in Köln-Innenstadt

Yannick Kathmann
Branch Manager

A native of Cologne, he is a certified real estate agent (IHK), real estate broker (IHK), and certified real estate appraiser who has been working successfully for VON POLL IMMOBILIEN for many years and is very familiar with the Cologne real estate market.

“Real estate is a labor of love for me. I am deeply passionate about helping my clients find their new home or successfully market their property. As branch manager, my goal—together with my team—is to provide personalized advice, build trust, and deliver the highest quality in real estate brokerage.”

We are delighted to welcome Hanna Engel to our team as a trainee. With her passion for real estate, her open personality, and plenty of motivation, she is embarking on her professional career at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN.

“What excites me most about the real estate industry is its versatility and the personal interaction with people. Through my initial hands-on experience, I’ve already gained exciting insights into the processes involved in selling and renting properties. At VON POLL IMMOBILIEN, I look forward to continuously expanding my knowledge, gaining new experiences, and supporting our clients as they search for their ideal property.”
