Our measures include bundling all trips as well as offering virtual viewings of the properties entrusted to us for brokerage. Equally important for us is the qualification and credit check of search clients before a viewing. This is how we curb viewing tourism. As a further measure, we heat with district heating and receive electricity from hydropower, as this is CO²-neutral, renewable and decentrally generated energy - exclusively from our regional supplier. This means we use one hundred percent electricity from plants in our home region.
We are also delighted to have moved into a new, energy-efficient office building built to the latest standards in fall 2020. Thanks to our contributions to the CO² compensation fund of Klima-Kollekte gemeinnützige GmbH, we keep an eye on our transport-related emissions, offset them and can support meaningful projects in developing countries at the same time.
