Frankfurt-born Carola Öhl has been at home in the real estate industry for 17 years now. Through her nature-loving parents, her attachment to the Taunus was conveyed to her. Thus she read already as a small child attentively the real estate announcements of a large daily paper, carefully cut out each announcement for farms, yard widths and rural properties from the Taunus and put these on the pillows of her parents. As an adult, she finally realized her dream of living in the Taunus, quickly built up a very good network and is with heart and soul real estate agent and entrepreneur.

Carola Öhl completed her training as a businesswoman in the real estate and housing industry at one of the largest real estate owners in Germany. In 2007, she found her professional fulfillment at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN, a brokerage firm founded in Frankfurt in 2000. There, Ms. Öhl climbed the career ladder, traveling throughout Germany as an office manager and working closely with the company's management. In addition, she underwent numerous further training courses, including becoming a real estate specialist and an expert for real estate valuation (PersCert®). In 2013, she then decided to take the step into self-employment and set up her own office.

Carola Öhl was sure of her cause right from the start and was awarded an internal prize in her first year as office manager. Since then, she has continued to develop her company with great spirit and drive. She always takes an optimistic and imaginative approach to her tasks - all in the interests of her customers, whose satisfaction is her top priority. In this way, she became one of the most successful office managers at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN. She has received several awards for her achievements since then, most recently in 2020 for the most successful branch office of the brokerage house in rural regions.

Carola Öhl loves to spend her free time with her son and her animals. She is a wholehearted animal and nature conservationist and an enthusiastic sportswoman.

Her professional career led the bank specialist Annett Fröhlich-Rehnert from her home in the Ore Mountains via Malaysia to the Rhine-Main metropolis in Frankfurt. She has remained faithful to this region for almost 20 years and now lives with her family in the beautiful Taunus.

After the birth of her son, Ms. Fröhlich-Rehnert expanded her professional qualifications, first by a correspondence course in interior design and interior architecture and later by further training as a real estate agent (IHK).

Today, she uses the experience she has gained in almost 20 years of looking after companies and institutional clients at two major banks in her competent, reliable dealings with owners and search clients. In doing so, the individual, committed support of her clients from the first contact to the successful conclusion is the focus for her.

Due to her cordiality and sociability, Ms. Fröhlich-Rehnert is very well connected in the local market. Thus, she can also provide interested parties with many other tips in the course of the brokerage process, from the specifics of the local infrastructure to the referral of reliable craftsmen and other service providers around the house and garden.

Mrs. Fröhlich-Rehnert loves enjoyment and cultural life and loves to spend her free time doing outdoor sports activities with her family.

Mrs. Meister was born and raised in Böblingen in Baden-Württemberg. She started her professional career there with the training as a bank clerk and was subsequently active for many years in the branch area of the Kreissparkasse.

Since 1984, she lives together with her husband in the Taunus and leads with him in the fourth generation the family-owned renowned excursion gastronomy.

Two adult children complete the family.

Mrs. Meister has been professionally for many decades always in direct customer contact. Leadership skills, empathy, the ability to work in a team, high flexibility and friendliness as well as a good knowledge of human nature distinguish her.

Her love for real estate has shaped her early on. Already with 25 years was built for the first time, ten years later for the second time. Several properties within the family changed owners through her mediation.

To be able to live out this passion further, she has strengthened the VON POLL team since 2016 as a real estate agent (IHK).

Both for owners and for interested parties, she is a competent, committed, empathetic and friendly contact.

Real estate agent (IHK)

As a native Hessian from the Hochtaunuskreis, Christoph Moses knows his way around the area very well and is an excellent addition to our office simply because of his local knowledge of the Taunus.

Service is Mr. Moses' top priority. As a trained hotel specialist, he not only has outstanding communication and organizational talent, but also works very responsibly and carefully for VON POLL IMMOBILIEN in Usingen and our customers.

From 2014 to 2015, Moses lived in Austria, where he worked in the tourism industry and also further developed and refined his talent for meeting customers empathetically, assessing them with a great deal of knowledge of human nature and always providing courteous service.

He then returned to his home in the Taunus region, where he dedicated himself to new goals. After some time as a marketing manager in a communications company, he decided to bring his skills in the areas of sales and marketing to bear in the future in the real estate industry, because the topic of living worlds had already fascinated him since his time in the hotel industry. As a team assistant, he has now been supporting the VON POLL IMMOBILIEN team in Usingen since October 2018 and is happy to take care of our customers' concerns.

Furthermore, he also works as a real estate agent for VON POLL IMMOBILIEN.

Born in Bad Nauheim, Mr. Scheid began gaining initial experience in sales and service while still at school. The service-oriented interaction with customers is a top priority for him.

After finishing his school career in 2020, he completed an internship in a branch office at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN, which further strengthened his interest in the real estate industry.

Through family members also working at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN, he was able to gain many more experiences as well as insights into the exciting field of activity of real estate brokerage.

During his search for a traineeship as a real estate agent, he joined our team and perfectly contributes his always friendly as well as communicative and open nature.

In his free time, Mr. Scheid loves to spend time with his family and friends, he is also an enthusiastic sportsman and likes to deal with topics related to his training.

Paulina Kajda wurde in Warschau geboren und verbrachte prägende Lebensjahre in New York und Köln, bevor sie 2012 in den Taunus kam. Seitdem ist die Region ihr Zuhause geworden. Sie schätzt den Ort vor allem wegen seiner Ruhe, Natur und Lebensqualität.

Mit einem Master of Engineering in Architektur und beruflicher Erfahrung in Bauleitung, Marketing sowie der Entwicklung eigener Immobilienprojekte vereint sie fundiertes Fachwissen mit einem ausgeprägten gestalterischen Verständnis. Besonders das Bauen im Bestand begleitet sie schon lange: Frau Kajda hat ein feines Gespür dafür, Räume zu verstehen, ihre Besonderheiten wahrzunehmen und neue Möglichkeiten darin zu entdecken.

Mehrsprachig –Deutsch, Englisch und Polnisch – betreut sie Kundinnen und Kunden empathisch mit Offenheit und Wertschätzung.
