My name is Petra Hübl and I have been working in the real estate industry since 2017. As an IHK-certified real estate consultant, I have extensive experience and expertise to provide you with the best possible support in all real estate matters.
I live with my husband and our two dogs at the gateway to the Bavarian Forest. It is a matter close to my heart to find individual solutions for my clients and to assist them in realizing their real estate wishes. After completing my school education, I initially decided to pursue a career in craftsmanship and began training as a carpenter. This profession fascinated me right from the start - working with wood, the smell of freshly processed wood and the opportunity to create something with my own hands characterized my first years of work. After successfully completing my training, I worked as a journeyman carpenter until my basic military service and was able to gain valuable practical experience during this time.
After my military service in the German Armed Forces, I reoriented myself professionally and completed a second, this time commercial apprenticeship as an automotive salesman at a national car dealership. In the following years, I worked in sales. This time gave me in-depth knowledge of customer advice, sales processes and team leadership - skills that still benefit me today in my work as an entrepreneur.
In 2013, I finally fulfilled my wish to make independent work, my passion for real estate and dealing with people the focus of my professional activity. As an office owner at Von Poll Immobilien Deggendorf, I have since been able to support owners and buyers in one of the most important decisions of their lives - buying or selling a property. With various training and further education courses, such as "Certified Real Estate Specialist (IHK)" or DEKRA-certified expert D1, I ensure a thorough and reliable knowledge base.
Together with my team, I have since supported over 800 owners with a free and non-binding market price assessment and successfully brokered countless properties. Individual and personal support is my top priority. Every property and every person is unique - that's why it is my and our aim to develop the right strategy for every situation. Whether it's questions about the optimal presentation, home staging or virtual tours, the procurement of important documents, the choice of target group or the marketing strategy - I see it as my job to provide my clients with reliable answers and guidance.
As an estate agent, it is important to me not only to professionally manage the sales process, but also to bring sellers and buyers together. I see myself as a consultant, networker and contact person for all property-related issues - from the initial idea to the notary appointment and the subsequent handover of the property to the new owners. I am guided by values such as down-to-earthness, honesty, loyalty and a sense of responsibility, which are indispensable to me both personally and in my day-to-day business.
My technical and commercial training gives me a holistic view of real estate today. This combination, combined with experience, market knowledge and regional roots, forms the basis of my successful actions and my enjoyment of this profession.
