Demonstrating entrepreneurial foresight, he transformed these establishments into sought-after holiday apartments, where all units where sold in record time, showcasing his ability to adapt and innovate within dynamic markets.
The culmination of Nicolai's diverse background led him to start a new chapter in 2010, as he founded his own real estate business in Spain.
