For nine years now, I have been working as an independent branch manager at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN in the districts of Mühldorf am Inn and Altötting. Today, my focus is on viewings and providing individual support to my prospective buyers. As assistant to the management at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN in the districts of Mühldorf am Inn and Altötting, I ensure that all processes run efficiently and smoothly in the background. I manage day-to-day business and organize internal processes. I regularly accompany our team on site to present properties professionally and ensure that every detail is shown to its best advantage. I am particularly enthusiastic about real estate photography, as it combines creativity and precision, complements the structured office routine, and makes the special features of a property clearly visible to interested parties. In addition, I am responsible for marketing and our social media presence, whereby it is important to me that our public image is always professional, authentic, and consistent. Every property and every message should reflect the quality that our customers expect. My training as a legal assistant in Munich provides me with a solid legal foundation. Through further training as a real estate agent (IHK), I have specifically expanded my expertise in the real estate sector and can optimally combine both skills.
