When I think of estate agents, I think of highway robbery. In my view, there are unfortunately too many estate agents on the market who don't understand their trade. Little service, no empathy for the situation of the contractual partners, only aiming for the commission regardless of the real value of the property.It is all the more pleasing that there is also the counter-example.
