With over 20 years of experience in the commercial sector, I stand for reliability, sales expertise, and strategic thinking. After completing my apprenticeship in retail, my career path initially led me to management positions in sales before I moved into the automotive industry. There, I worked for several years at BMW Germany, and subsequently at BMW Switzerland, where I expanded my international experience and deepened my passion for consulting and high-quality products.

During my time in Switzerland, I discovered my enthusiasm for the real estate industry and joined the renowned Hegglin Group AG, where I worked as a real estate consultant. After five successful years abroad, I was drawn back to my homeland—first to Potsdam and then to Brandenburg an der Havel—to build my own success story here together with my wife Cornelia Roloff to write our own success story at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN.

I have been part of the VON POLL IMMOBILIEN brand since 2017 and, as Managing Director of the Brandenburg an der Havel office, I am responsible for the strategic development, valuation, and marketing of high-quality residential and investment properties. My focus areas: precise valuations, clear market analyses, and sustainable sales strategies based on mutual respect.

On a personal level, I cherish life in Brandenburg an der Havel—the proximity to the water, nature, and the authentic sense of community. Together with my wife and our son, I have found my home here—in a region that is, for me, home, inspiration, and the future all at once.

I have been part of the team at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN in Brandenburg an der Havel since 2020—and I am fully committed to it. For me, being a real estate agent isn’t just a job, but a passion that reveals new facets every day. To me, real estate is far more than just houses and numbers—it tells stories, evokes emotions, and connects people with their very own living spaces.

In my work, I can combine many of my interests and strengths: photographing real estate, the joy of continuous learning, and the enthusiasm for meeting people and guiding them on their journey to finding the right property. This diversity is what makes the profession both exciting and dynamic for me.

I grew up in Brandenburg an der Havel and have witnessed the positive development of the city from childhood onward. It’s wonderful to see how the city is constantly growing and becoming increasingly popular with residents and tourists alike—an environment where I feel at home both professionally and personally.

Since 2024, I have also been running my own business – R² Real Estate Surveying – specializing in the creation of floor plans as well as living and usable area calculations. This work significantly supports the entire team in preparing all documents necessary for the sale and ensures that properties can be presented professionally and accurately.

With passion, professionalism, and a trained eye for detail, I stand by our clients—always with the goal of getting the most out of every property and helping people not just houses, but real homes.
