Our Team in Arnsberg

Melanie Goeke grew up in Arnsberg and has been at home in the real estate industry for many years. Thanks to her long-standing ties to her hometown and various voluntary activities, she is very well connected in her hometown and beyond.

Before joining VON POLL IMMOBILIEN, Ms. Goeke completed an apprenticeship as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk in Hamburg and then studied in Cologne before returning to her old home in the Hochsauerland district. This is where her path into the real estate industry began, which eventually led her to Von Poll Immobilien in the Arnsberg office via property management and home staging in 2015.

At the beginning of 2017, she took over the offices in Brilon and Winterberg together with Mr. Bürmann. Together with their team, Ms. Goeke and Mr. Bürmann have been looking after the entire Hochsauerland district ever since. Since joining VON POLL IMMOBILIEN, she has completed numerous further training courses, including as a certified independent expert for real estate valuation (WertCert®).

Mrs. Goeke always approaches her tasks optimistically and imaginatively - always in the interests of her customers, whose satisfaction is her top priority.

Melanie Goeke prefers to spend her free time with her family and her dogs. She has a fondness for northern Europe and travels to Sweden with family and friends whenever time permits.

Thomas Bürmann was born in Iserlohn and grew up in Menden on the edge of the Sauerland region. Large parts of his family were employed by global market leaders in the Sauerland region, which means that he has always had close ties to the Sauerland region.

Before joining VON POLL IMMOBILIEN, Mr. Bürmann completed a classic commercial apprenticeship. As a trade and sales manager (VWA), he laid his foundations in the B2B sector in the automotive industry before switching to the advertising industry and setting up his own business.

In 2013, he decided to bring his experience and skills to the real estate industry and became branch manager at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN in Arnsberg. At the beginning of 2017, he took over the offices in Brilon and Winterberg together with Ms. Goeke. Together with their team, Mr. Bürmann and Ms. Goeke have been looking after the entire Hochsauerland district ever since. Since joining VON POLL IMMOBILIEN, he has completed numerous further training courses, including becoming a certified independent expert for real estate valuation (PersCert®).

Thomas Bürmann prefers to spend his free time on the water in his own boat - whether on local waters or in the sunny south. Hiking with his dog and cycling in his home region of Sauerland are his favorite ways to balance out everyday life.

We are delighted that Dorotea Funici has joined our team at the Arnsberg site in summer 2025.

In 2013, Ms. Funici moved to the Sauerland region, where she successfully continued and completed her school education. She then trained as an industrial clerk, gaining practical experience in the B2B and B2C sectors. Today, this foundation forms the basis for her work in the real estate industry.

Mrs. Funici's interest in real estate, architecture and dealing with people ultimately led her to VON POLL IMMOBILIEN. With us, Ms. Funici combines her commercial training with her passion for the real estate industry. Her focus is on supporting owners and prospective buyers throughout the entire sales or purchase process, from the initial consultation to the signing of the contract. She values professionalism, discretion and an empathetic approach, with the aim of developing individual solutions according to the respective needs and goals.

In her free time, Ms. Funici stays active, exploring new places and exercising regularly. This balance and dynamism are also reflected in her professional approach, which is characterized by commitment, solution orientation and energy.
