CONTENT & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER (m/f/d)
FREELANCE REMOTE

Remote – worldwide

Scope: Part-time / project-based · Languages: German & English

Your Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing a cross-channel social media strategy
Independently managing LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile
Creating a structured editorial calendar, ideally at least four weeks in advance
Conceptualizing, producing, and publishing Reels, short videos, Stories, carousels, and LinkedIn posts
Editing text, images, and videos in accordance with our corporate identity and premium positioning
Growing reach, community engagement, and brand awareness
Community management and professional handling of comments and messages
Support in building and maintaining our online reputation and Google reviews
Development of content for real estate marketing, employer branding, recruiting, events, and market expertise
Close virtual coordination with senior management as well as collaboration with the brokerage team, photographers, and videographers
Monthly performance analysis, including transparent reporting and concrete optimization recommendations
Development of new, platform-appropriate formats and campaigns with high reach potential

Your Profile:

Proven professional experience in social media or content management
A compelling portfolio showcasing accounts you’ve managed, campaigns, or concrete work results
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Proficiency with Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google Business Profile
In-depth knowledge of Canva Pro, CapCut, and Meta Business Suite
Experience with content planning, publishing, community management, and performance analysis
A keen eye for high-quality design, visual language, storytelling, and corporate identity
An independent, structured, proactive, and deadline-oriented work style
Reliable availability and willingness to participate in regular virtual meetings with senior management

A plus:

Experience with premium, luxury, real estate, architecture, interior design, or lifestyle brands
Knowledge of Meta Ads and paid social media campaigns
Experience with Google Analytics and data-driven content optimization
Proficient use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, or Midjourney
Experience with newsletter content, landing pages, or simple marketing funnels
Basic understanding of the Swiss market and communication in Swiss High German
