Self-employed property manager - licensee (m/f/d) on Sylt

Your tasks:

• Independent property management
• Written and telephone contact with tenants, authorities, lawyers, external service providers, etc.
• Takeover and control of payment transactions, invoice accounting/processing, recording and issuing of outgoing invoices
• Dunning and issuing of mandates in disputes
• Coordination of tradesmen's orders for maintenance measures/damage claims as well as their deadline monitoring and control
• Processing of damage claims
• Negotiation of utility and service contracts
• Forward-looking planning and cost control
• Processing of insurance claims
• Preparation of utility bills incl. objection processing and rent increases
• . Processing objections and rent increases
• Maintaining master data

Your profile:

• Multi-year professional experience in property management as well as training as a real estate agent or comparable training
• Good empathy and customer-oriented way of working
• High degree of accuracy, adherence to deadlines and very good knowledge of the general conditions of property management
• Experience in dealing with property management-specific software is an advantage
• Very good written and spoken German
