Independent Real Estate Manager - Licensee (m/f/d) on Sylt

Your Responsibilities:

• Independent property management
• Written and telephone communication with tenants, government agencies, attorneys, external service providers, etc.
• Handling and monitoring payment transactions, invoice posting and processing, recording and issuing outgoing invoices
• Collection procedures and authorizing legal representation in disputes
• Coordinating contractor assignments for maintenance work/property damage claims, as well as monitoring and overseeing schedules
• Processing property damage claims
• Negotiating utility and service contracts
• Proactive planning and cost control
• Processing insurance claims
• Preparing utility bill statements, including handling objections and rent increases
• Maintaining master data

Your Profile:

• Several years of professional experience in real estate management, as well as training as a real estate agent or comparable training
• Good empathy and a customer-oriented approach
• High degree of accuracy, adherence to deadlines, and very good knowledge of the framework conditions of real estate management
• Experience with property management-specific software is a plus
• Very good written and spoken German skills
