Your responsibilities:
- Opening, managing, and strategically developing your own branch office with an exclusive CI look
- Building, leading, and developing your own real estate agent team
- Expanding and sustainably increasing regional visibility
- Actively acquiring new clients and properties, as well as maintaining long-term client relationships
- Ensuring high-quality, customer-oriented consulting at a premium level
Your profile:
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to take responsibility for your own success
- Leadership skills and a passion for building a high-performing team
- Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor when interacting with customers, partners, and employees
