As a Setter / Telemarketing Real Estate Developer (f/m/d), you’ll be the first point of contact for potential property sellers. You’ll reach out to property owners by phone, spark their interest in working with VON POLL IMMOBILIEN, and schedule qualified appointments for our real estate agents.

You won’t be responsible for closing the real estate sale yourself. Your job is to conduct the right conversations, identify opportunities, and schedule appointments for our agents.

Your Responsibilities

• You contact potential property owners by phone
• You conduct professional and structured sales calls
• You present VON POLL IMMOBILIEN and our services in a compelling manner
• You identify selling intentions and qualify potential owners
• You build trust and interest right from the first contact
• You schedule qualified on-site appointments for our real estate agents
• You document your conversations and results in a structured manner in our CRM system
• You work closely with our real estate agents and sales management
• You continuously refine your communication skills and improve your results
