Your Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the acquisition and sale of real estate.
- A permanent position with lucrative earning potential.
- Use of a company car, as well as the performance-based allocation of your own company car—with the option for personal use.
- You will appraise properties, create compelling presentations, develop optimal marketing strategies, and conduct property viewings.
- You will advise and support your clients from the initial contact through to after-sales service.
- You are responsible for maintaining our network and database accurately.

Your Profile
- You have professional experience in sales, ideally in the real estate sector, possess a strong regional network, and have extensive market knowledge.
- You possess exceptional sales talent with strong acquisition skills, perseverance, and determination.
- In good to very good residential and commercial areas, you not only know the street names but also have contacts with property owners.
- You are characterized by both an independent and team-oriented work style and possess strong assertiveness.
- You have excellent communication skills combined with a sophisticated, cultured, and confident demeanor.
- You are highly customer-oriented and enjoy providing professional advice to property owners and prospective buyers.
