• You have at least the advanced technical college entrance qualification and ideally a good command of English
• You are experienced in using the MS Office package (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
• You combine a high-level, cultivated and engaging appearance with an authentic charisma in dealing with demanding clientele
• You have an interest in the topics of real estate and architecture
• Strong communication skills, Willingness to succeed and assertiveness are among your strengths
• You are characterized by customer-oriented actions, reliability, flexibility and an above-average work commitment and are stress-resistant as well as team-oriented
• You have good local knowledge in your region
• You have at least 6 months to complete an internship
