Your tasks:

• Organization and accompaniment of viewing appointments, incl. on-site support

• Phone and written communication with interested parties and owners
• Preparation of exposés and presentation documents
• Support in the preparation and follow-up of sales talks
• Involvement in sales and marketing activities (online and offline)
• Administrative and organizational tasks in day-to-day business
• Interface communication with service providers, cooperation partners and internal departments

Your profile:

• First professional experience in sales, customer service or real estate - or a high level of interest in it
• Strong communication skills, commitment and a confident manner
• Empathy, service orientation and a high degree of personal responsibility
• Structured, flexible work even in dynamic phases
• Very good organizational skills and independent working style
• Sure handling of MS Office, digital tools and social media
• Groomed appearance, stylistic confidence and presence
