• You have strong communication and acquisition skills
• You have excellent location knowledge and know not only the street names in good to very good residential locations, but also have contacts to owners
• You act quickly, efficiently, work independently as well as precisely and at the highest level

Your tasks:

• With an experienced partner you are responsible for the real estate shop
• You manage a joint office with a team of independent real estate agents
• You expand the team independently and individually
• You achieve regional market leadership with your shop
