What we expect:
- Support the office management in all administrative tasks
- Coordinate appointments and calendar management
- Answer, forward and coordinate all internal and external inquiries from contractual partners, brokers, clients and colleagues
- Involve in projects and monitor timelines
- Prepare and schedule webinars, meetings and client appointments
What you can expect:
- You will support the office management as well as the real estate agents in all matters and be responsible for active collaboration and support in day-to-day business.
- You will be responsible for administrative tasks in various areas, preparing customer appointments and managing the meeting rooms.
- You will be responsible for the correct data entry and rapid processing and forwarding of data.
- You will carry out tasks and work according to defined and standardized specifications.
