Real Estate Agent (f/m) - Milan

The profile we are looking for has:

• Authorized to work as an agent in real estate brokerage
• Will carry out the activity of agent with their own VAT number
• Experience working in the real estate sector, ideally in luxury
• Demonstrated experience in the use of smartphones, computer, Office package and CRM
• Talent in sales and acquisition activities
• Good communication skills combined with a sophisticated look
• Customer orientation and pleasure in giving them professional advice
• Good knowledge of the market Good knowledge of the real estate market in the area
• Italian and English spoken and written well

Your responsibilities

• Learning and implementing our professional work model

• Monitoring of the real estate market
• Seeking and acquiring clients and properties for your portfolio
• Acquiring clients and properties referred by the marketing division
• Data entry of your clients and properties in the VON POLL CRM
• Complete management of the sales activities of your portfolio
• Customer support to achieve a successful real estate transaction
• Participating in meetings and briefings for regular updates, group and individual meetings
• Collaborate in the growth of the brand by participating in the initiatives of the group
